Arma mods queded but not downloading

Whenever I download an Arma 3 workshop mod, it doesn't install. It will download just fine, but the launcher just refuses to say a new mod as been loaded. It will eventually find the mod, but it can sometimes take up to a WEEK for the mod to load. This issue started a few months ago.
